I waved first after seeing Christian had similar interests and an interesting profile, even though he withheld his height. I'm 5ft 10 so it felt like quite a "BIG" deal to me at the time. Christian contacted me back. We were sending really long messages back and forth and seemed to connect really well. Until I dared to ask... How tall he was 😂 he didn't get back to me as quick as he had been and I thought I had blew it.

A day or so later it turned out he had something to take care of, we simply picked up where we left off and he called me. We laughed about him only being 5ft 7. Well we certainly laugh about it now at least. I also asked him if his curly moustache was for fancy dress or real and it turned out it was for real. It's very individual and I grew to love it.

The following week he visited my church and we met in person. We continued to get to know each other, dated for 2 years, he was super keen and would have married me after a month but I insisted we took it slow.

I asked him to make sure he asked my Dad, step Dad and pastors for permission 1st. We got engaged in March 2022 after he proposed on top of my favourite mountain Tryfan and then we married in April 2023. We had an amazing ceremony at our church and the reception at the private school over the road.

It was a wonderful day and we both enjoy doing life together. We welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world September 2024.

It's all thanks to Christian Connection making it possible for us to connect with one another. It's not always easy to meet other Christians in every day life but this site I really liked. There didn't seem to be as many time wasters as I had experienced on other platforms. Praise God for bringing us together 🩷💙🩷
