We met on Christian Connection January 2017, met in person in the February, got engaged in May and married March 2018.

We were both very nervous about the online thing and I nearly cancelled on him when we eventually organised a meet! The long distance was hard to start with but we both made a lot of effort and saw each other most weekends.

For anyone who is nervous I would say don’t chat for for too long online but just meet up for a coffee if you can, and be open and honest from the start. It’s been an amazing journey and I am so glad I was brave enough to give the world of online dating a go!!!
