Jen & Stephen

Stephen and I both got chatting via Christian Connection a few years ago, but this tapered off as Stephen went to Australia for a month. A few months later, I went back online and 'waved' at him. This led to messaging and we finally met up. We got on amazingly well, as we realised we had so much in common. He asked my dad's permission to marry me after only knowing me for 4 months. We got engaged 3 months later and married a year after that. Stephen later let on that he knew he'd marry me after our first meeting! I'm glad he didn't tell me that straight away though or I may have run a mile!

I had been actively looking for a partner for some time without any success, however as soon as I prayed and put my desire to meet someone 100% into Gods hands he soon bought Jen and me together through CC. We started chatting only a couple of weeks before I was due to go travelling and whilst in Australia with limited internet, things tapered out. After my return and a few months down the line I came back to CC and to my surprise Jen was still on there. Things quickly developed and we got on like a house on fire. Needless to say we are now both happily married and are enjoying building a home together.
